Welcome to Pro-Surve Technical Services

Pro-Surve Technical Services provides certified damage mechanism analysis (DMA) experts to analyze in and out of service facility piping, pressure vessels, exchangers, and general fixed equipment. Our team of industry experienced individuals can provide your facility with individual damage mechanism/corrosion identification and recommended solutions at your request or provide a multitude of individuals for a shutdown or turnaround performing larger facility analysis within a short duration.

Pro-Surve Engineering Division can conduct a detailed damage mechanism analysis of your facility’s piping streams, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels. Our engineers incorporate a detailed data management system to ensure proper DM/Corrosion identification and mitigation procedures/techniques. With miles of piping, hundreds of assets, hours of work, key management of assets and tasks is a large key to success. Using our Provision Activity Status Software Pro-Surve’s service managers can efficiently manage our client’s inspections and DMA’s in real time, using our wireless, mobile devices efficiently and cost effectively.

Our engineering division can guide our inspectors to conduct proper thorough inspection procedures using our damage mechanism expertise.

Pro-Surve’s engineers each have a broad and strong knowledge base when dealing with mechanical integrity procedures and initiatives as well as the damage mechanisms that derive from them. Asset integrity and individual’s safety are our top priorities.
